Chain Lightning: Active attacks trigger lightning bounces between nearby targets, dealing 100% damage and applying 1 stack of [Jolt] to all hit targets, bouncing up to 10 times, with each bounce increasing damage by 10%, and a maximum of 2 bounces per target. When a target accumulates 3 stacks of [Jolt], all stacks are consumed, inflicting [Paralysis] on the target. Enemies under [Paralysis] deal 25% bonus damage to adjacent enemies each time they are inflicted with [Jolt]. Attacking an enemy with [Jolt] deals an additional 25% damage per stack of [Jolt] on the target. (A single target cannot trigger bounces.)
